- Your workspace is linked to your email. Use the same address each time and everything you did is still there; nobody else can open it unless you share that address.
- The data
- The demo runs on Meranti Hospitality, a fictional operator with four properties in Singapore, its corporate clients and the guests staying tonight. Nothing here is a real person.
- Integrations and sends
- Messages, bookings, payments and connections to a PMS or booking engine are simulated on the demo database. Nothing reaches a real guest or an outside system, and the product says so where it matters.
- Retention
- A workspace nobody signs in to for 24 hours is deleted. You can reset yours at any time from the account menu. The screens you open and the questions you ask are recorded; the privacy notice says what is kept and for how long.
