Nexus
Privacy notice for the demo.
What BrandForce Nexus collects about you while you evaluate Nexus Intelligence, why, and for how long. The demo data itself is fictional; this notice is about you.
Who is responsible
BrandForce Nexus, a brand of A Life By Design, Singapore. For anything about your data, write to privacy@brandforcenexus.com. Our general privacy policy is at brandforcenexus.com/privacy/; where the two differ for the demo, this notice applies.
What we collect
- Your email address, and the name or team you type, if any. The email is the key to your workspace.
- Which demo person you sign in as, when you sign in, and the browser and device type, from the host's standard request logs.
- What you do in the demo: the screens you open, the questions you put to Ask Nexus, and the actions you confirm. This is first-party usage tracking inside the product; there are no advertising trackers and no third-party analytics scripts.
- Your changes to the demo data, which live in your workspace.
- A phone number, if you link one for the WhatsApp demonstration, together with the messages exchanged with it. Linking is optional.
- The date you agreed to the demo terms, kept with your workspace.
Why
To run the demo for you: your email brings you back to the same workspace. To understand how the product is evaluated: which screens and questions matter to you tells us what to show, fix or build next, and lets us follow up on your evaluation with you. To keep the demo safe: sign-ins and confirmed actions are logged so that misuse can be seen.
Where it is processed
The demo is hosted on Vercel in Singapore, with its database on Neon. Questions you put to Ask Nexus and some drafting may be answered by a hosted AI model from Anthropic, which may run in United States; guest details in the demo data are masked before a request leaves the host, and the Governance screen inside the demo logs every such call. If you use the optional test email, it goes through Resend to the address set up for the presenter only. If you link a phone number, messages go through Meta's WhatsApp Business platform under its own terms.
How long
Your workspace, with your email, your changes and any linked phone number, is deleted after 24 hours without a sign-in, or when you reset it, or earlier on request. Usage records (screens, questions, confirmed actions) and the terms acceptance are kept with the workspace and go with it. The host's request logs are kept by Vercel for a short period under its own retention. We may keep an anonymised summary of how the demo was used, with no email or workspace identifier, for product decisions.
Who sees it
The BrandForce Nexus team running the demo, through an operator view that lists workspaces and their usage. Nobody signed in to the demo, whichever person they chose, can see another workspace or the operator view. We do not sell or share your data with anyone else, beyond the processors named above.
Cookies and storage
A session cookie keeps you signed in, and a cookie remembers your email on the sign-in screen for 90 days. Your browser keeps small conveniences such as night mode and finished tours. No advertising or cross-site cookies.
Your rights
You can see what is in your workspace at any time by signing in, reset it yourself, and ask us to delete it, correct your details or tell you what we hold, by writing to privacy@brandforcenexus.com. We answer within 30 days. Under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act you may also complain to the Personal Data Protection Commission.
