Demo terms.

1. What this is

A working demonstration of Nexus Intelligence, a CRM for serviced residences, so that you can evaluate it. It is not a live service, and nothing you do in it has any effect outside the demo. It is provided as it is, without warranty, and it may be changed, interrupted or withdrawn at any time without notice.

2. The data in it

The demo runs on Meranti Hospitality, a fictional operator with properties in Singapore, its corporate clients and its guests. None of them is a real person or company; any likeness is a coincidence. Messages, bookings, payments and connections to outside systems are simulated, and the product says so where it matters.

Please do not enter real guest, customer or employee personal data into the demo. If you need to type a name or a number to try something, make one up. If you link your own phone number for the WhatsApp demonstration, that is your choice; see the privacy notice for what is kept.

3. Your workspace

Your email address opens a workspace of your own, a full copy of the demo data. Anyone who signs in with the same address shares it. A workspace nobody signs in to for 24 hours is deleted, and you can reset yours at any time from the account menu. Signing in again after that builds a fresh copy; your earlier changes are gone.

4. How you may use it

Use the demo to evaluate the product. Do not use it to run any real operation, do not try to gain access to another workspace or to the host, do not load-test it, and do not try to make its AI do things unrelated to the product. You may show it to colleagues who are part of your evaluation. You may not resell it, copy its design or code, or present it as your own.

5. What stays ours

Nexus Intelligence, its design, its code, its documentation and the demo data belong to BrandForce Nexus. Nothing in these terms gives you any right to them beyond using the demo as described. Feedback you give us may be used to improve the product, without obligation to you.

6. Privacy

What we collect about you while you use the demo, why, and for how long, is set out in the privacy notice. By signing in you confirm that you have read it.

7. Liability and law

Because the demo is free and for evaluation only, BrandForce Nexus accepts no liability for any loss arising from its use, to the extent the law allows. These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
